This map shows Lola’s and Mechel’s wanderings in Southern Poland to avoid the Nazi’s ever tightening noose, until they escape into today’s Slovakia, but then it was Hungary. They left Krakow, Poland  in September 1940, and arrived in Kosice, Slovakia in August 1943.
